We offer two types of wellbeing package which can be tailored to your businesses needs.

Wellbeing Consultation

In a wellbeing consultation, we will work with you to delve into the pain points of your organisations wellbeing. This could be high sickness absence, frequent grievances, low morale or lack of engagement for example. 
We'll meet with you, and then survey your employees. We may also meet with a number of employees and managers to do an overall assessment. Once complete, we'll provide you with recommendations, and if you want us to, we can support you to implement them by working with your management team. 

Consultation is tailored to you, so this could be delivered remotely or face to face, and you have input every step of the way. 

This package is best suited to organisations with less than 150 employees, however can be purchased to standalone in departments or teams.

Wellbeing workshops are delivered remotely at present - however this is regularly reviewed. 

Wellbeing workshops work best for organisations who are undergoing a period of change and this could be affecting the workforce. Perhaps you're re-structuring, scaling up or down, or are implementing new policies and procedures. Any big changes can affect staff morale and you may find you're experiencing an increase in HR issues if wellbeing is not being addressed throughout this process. 

 

Wellbeing workshops are designed to be fun and lighthearted, creating a space for staff to get to know each other better, and support managers to feel equipped to support their teams. 

The length of the sessions depends on the size of your organisation and number of attendees.

Counselling

Sometimes your employees will benefit from one-to-one support.

 

As the employer, you can access block bookings at a discount - and refer your staff to us for an online counselling session.
